An expert judging panel, a blend of leading figures in wine, food, and hospitality, will identify the nation’s best. Achieve recognition with Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond status. Introduced in 2018, this honours restaurants with world-class lists boasting extensive international selections, exceptional wines across categories, impressive reserve/vintage offerings, a profound dedication to curation, and a full-time sommelier.
