Paul Clüver Family Wines of Elgin has once again showcased its prowess as a distinguished wine producer in this year’s NWC/Top 100 Competition, clinching the Vineyard Consistency Award for sharing the most Top 100 positions over the 13-year history of the esteemed South African wine event.
Demonstrating exceptional performance in the NWC/Top 100 Competition, the innovative Elgin winery achieved an outstanding feat by securing two Grand Cru accolades for the exceptional Paul Clüver Seven Flags Pinot Noir 2018 and the Seven Flags Chardonnay 2021.
Amid the array of Top 100 and Double Platinum Awards, Paul Clüver garnered recognition for its Seven Flags Pinot Noir 2018, Seven Flags Chardonnay 2021, Paul Clüver Estate Chardonnay 2020, and the Noble Late Harvest 2021.
Further enhancing its presence in the same competition, Paul Clüver achieved four Gold Medals, each attributed to the Estate Pinot Noir 2021, Village Pinot Noir 2022, Village Chardonnay 2022, and Sauvignon Blanc 2022.
Paul Clüver Jnr, the managing director of Paul Clüver Family Wines, emphasizes that in wine competitions, the true value lies in the ability to demonstrate consistent performance.
