The heart of Blush lies in its secret, crafted from Muscat de Frontignan grapes carefully sourced from vineyards thriving in the fertile river soil of the Robertson Valley. The Bon Courage team handpicks red Muscadel grapes from various blocks in the early morning, taking advantage of the cool temperatures. Expert water management results in small, flavor-packed berries that enhance the wine’s color and fruity character. Winemakers Jacques Bruwer and Philip Viljoen then work their magic in the cellar to create this masterpiece.
